Ashley's dance recital

Ashley had her dance recital May 29th. She did a beautiful job and really enjoyed herself. She danced 4 dances this year: jazz, tap, and ballet. Somehow I didn't get a picture of the tap outfit:( Of course the ballet was her favorite as she loves to do graceful poses and movements. These pictures are between dances and while we are getting ready.

Ashley with a few of the girls in her class...

Notice the new smile? That experience was drama for you. This would be tooth #3!

Ashley with her teacher Miss Becki after the show. Ashley loved getting special flowers just for her.

Ashley's last days at Kindergarten

We are so proud of Ashley! She finished all 6 of the school's library requirements for a special Reading Award. She has gotten several charms for her backpack, a special T-shirt, and her certificate.

It's Water Day! The kindergartners had a blast with the slip n slide, various water games and relays, shaving cream, and the teachers finishing off by chucking water balloons at the kids.

Kindergarten graduation. A big deal in this area! We enjoyed seeing the program Ashley and her class presented, especially the song about going to first grade (to the tune of "New York, New York").

We've loved Miss Rhodes!

Natalie LOVES swinging

Ashley is so proud because she taught Natalie to swing! Natalie LOVES swinging and is very good at it. As you can briefly see, Zack is more into nontraditional ways to swing :)

Zack abandons the swinging to play some baseball with dad!

End of preschool

Zack had his last day of preschool. He LOVED it this year and learned so much! Here's our cute boy on the day of his program.

With his teachers, Mrs. Langston and Mrs. Abbey...
one of his good friends Jacob...
his "special friend" Marissa. . .He talks about her ALOT and her mom said she talks about him alot too! It is really cute. He once said to me, "I really like Marissa. She's my friend and very nice."
We love our Zacky and he did fantastic at his program! Maybe I can get it up here one of these days...
