Update!
Things are going much better. They took the packing out of his nose and the face gauze off yesterday and he can finally breathe again through his nose. His fever finally left and he is eating and drinking a little better. He slept in our room on his little couch last night and he is such a quiet sleeper now! We could hardly even tell he was there. I can't help but think he will sleep more restfully. So, now we are just dealing with normal recovery stuff from getting your tonsils/adenoids out. He has been a brave little boy all week and very good.
We are really glad we just did it all at once. The doctor said he'll have 2-3 bad days, then 4-5 good days, then 2-3 bad days again before fully recovery.
